"There was a coffee shop a block away and a brewery across the street. Excellent customer service. There were two questions though. Why do hotels need to think we, in general, pills that are extremely fluffy/thick. Way to difficult to sleep with Ones neck bent. Also, no microwave? It would be handy to have one. Thanks for the great stay"

"The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable was comfortable. What more Do you need?"

"Well first of all staff was great when there was staff. We needed more towels and apparently, they had non available until very late in the evening. Breakfast was awesome. The second thing was the bathroom it didn't some renovation. "

"We always choose the Overton when we are in Lubbock. We love the atmosphere of the lounge and bar area. They often have live music on the weekends. The breakfast is always phenomenal with lots of options on the buffet as well as a menu. The hotel is well up kept and super clean. "
