"There was a coffee shop a block away and a brewery across the street. Excellent customer service. There were two questions though. Why do hotels need to think we, in general, pills that are extremely fluffy/thick. Way to difficult to sleep with Ones neck bent. Also, no microwave? It would be handy to have one. Thanks for the great stay"

"We always choose the Overton when we are in Lubbock. We love the atmosphere of the lounge and bar area. They often have live music on the weekends. The breakfast is always phenomenal with lots of options on the buffet as well as a menu. The hotel is well up kept and super clean. "

"The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located neat Texas Tech. Breakfast could ge spriced up, but we weren't really there for that, so no big deal. I would stay again. "
