The pool was nice and refreshing. It's located in a more residential area, but plenty of stores around and a short walk to riverfront. The staff were SUPER nice. "

"We stayed at the location for nearly a week and found it to be clean, with a lovely view and a very convenient location. There's a variety of food options in the area and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent as well. Michael was especially helpful in booking tours, suggesting enjoyable activities, and even assisting us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the airport before departure! Overall, the hotel offered excellent value and friendly, attentive service from the staff. We would heartily recommend staying here! Thank you very much. "

"Nice hotel with pool close to the tail end of dragon bridge,. Lots of various foods at breakfast with an egg station and choice of how it's cooked. Pool was much needed in the heat. My only concern was that there was left over food in the fridge when we arrived "

"A wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, great location, a variety of breakfast options (Western and Asian), the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom (connecting rooms) and wished we could have stayed longer. I rate this hotel 5 stars."

"Front desk staff is too slow and not too nice .. they should let customers know what is going on when delayed the checkin process. Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror . "

"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."
