Hotel largado

Hotel muito sujo e largado, ainda bem que só fiquei um dia, não aguentaria ficar mais que isso, paguei chalé e quando cheguei me colocaram no quarto cobrando o mesmo valor. Pouquíssimos funcionários, tanto que na hora de ir embora ninguém me viu sair, fui à recepção a mesma se encontrava vazia até esperei um pouco, mas como ninguém apareceu deixei a chave na recepção e fui embora.

Foi uma boa estadia, mas poderia ser muito melhor! o lugar tem tudo para ser incrível, mas esta precisando de dar atenção em alguns aspectos como: limpeza nos lustres do restaurante acima da mesa, embora o quarto seja muito confortável o cheiro quando chegamos não era agradável e havia travesseiro sem fronha na cama, não havia ninguém para informar sobre a parte histórica do lugar e nem para direcionar quais entretenimentos possui no local um guia seria acolhedor, os bichos não estavam bem cuidados, havia um pássaro debilitado no viveiro e cavalos, poney, jumento desassistidos, um questionário no check-out para avaliação do cliente ajudaria nessas melhorias, um folder com as fotos e explicação dos entretenimentos do local ajudaria aos clientes a explorar melhor o local, para remontar melhor a parte histórica da fazenda seria ideal ter uma cafeteria com barista e vários tipos de cafés com delicias de bolos e pães artesanais para apreciar ainda que cobrado aparte seria um sucesso!. No entanto, o atendimento foi agradável, quarto aconchegante com ar condicionado e aquecedor fez toda diferença no conforto, o lugar lindo! o contato com a natureza os lagos é maravilhoso! A comida e café da manhã muito gostosos! As louças do café da manhã deixa o momento ainda mais prazeroso. Os jogos que são disponibilizados deixam ainda melhor a estadia. O local é incrivel, super limpo, tudo lindo, uma excelente estrutura, ambiente super familiar... varias opções de lazer... Mas o restaurante, decepcionou demais... pessima comida, café da manhã extremamente péssimo, comida super cara e sem a menor qualidade... o qie acabou trazendo muito desconforto ja que nao havia nenhum lugar proximo pra pedir alguma refeição... Nao condiz nada com a estrutura fisica do espaço... A primeira coisa q eu e minha família fizemos ao sair de lá foi procurar um bom local pra comer. Lamentável...

Muito bom !!!

Muito bom o hotel, quartos grandes e confortáveis. Hotel aconchegante, excelente para ir com família. Tem campo de futebol, de golfe e de vôlei, tem ofurô, piscina, sauna, Salão de jogos, dardo, arco e flecha e muita natureza. Além da fazendinha com cavalos, porcos, pavão, pônei, burrinho, patos, cabritos, ovelha, avestruz e um lago de pesca. Tem também quadriciclos, bugre, motocross para alugar e bikes. Tudo limpinho. Tem o sr Antônio, pessoa agradabilíssima, simpático e prestativo,que apresenta o hotel e ajuda em tudo que precisar. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. A comida é que deixa a desejar, sem muita variedade e não era grandes coisas. Mas no geral um hotel muito gostoso de ficar!!!! Gostamos muito!!!

Lugar incrível, comida boa, conforto e aconchego. Recomendo 1000 vezes. Já é a 2 vez que venho no Eco Resort Bela Riba e continuo sem ter o que reclamar. Parabém !!!!!!!!

Maravilhosa surpresa

O hotel é simplesmente perfeito e todos os aspectos. A limpeza, a decoração do quarto, a qualidade da comida servida, o atendimento dos funcionários, a Fazenda, o passeio a cavalo, os salões de jogos, a fogueira que acenderam nas noites que ficamos lá, a paisagem, a organização do hotel, simplesmente tudo perfeito. Certamente retornarei e indico muito.
