Hotel is undergoing renovations. Room had an awful smell of paint. After airing out it was fine. Side door into hotel was broken, no elevator. Halls lined with paper from renovations and drywall mud spilled all over the hallway floors.

Baymont by Wyndham Petoskey
The room was very clean and well set up. The only thing that mattered was the heater and air conditioner the temperature won't regulate. We have stayed here many times. PAMELA DEROUSHA.
