"This was a terrible place. I don't recommend it at all especially if travelling with minors. The hotel failed to communicate that they were cleaning the pool with chemicals. There was no sign or notice. We took our children for a early swim when all the sudden our kids started coughing. We got out immediately and the children ended up having a horrible reaction to the pool chemicals. We had to call a doctor due to the rashes. It was a terrible experience for us. "This place is a absolute must-visit if you are traveling to Zihuatanejo! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and cleaned twice a day—meaning you always have fresh towels and toiletries without even having to ask. The food was incredible; every single dish I ordered exceeded my expectations. If you love pasta, you have to try the chicken or shrimp Alfredo! A special shoutout to Antonio at the bar, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Honestly, the entire restaurant and bar staff gave 100% to ensure we had a great experience."

"The rooms are nice but if you have a mobility issue be careful there’s a lot of stairs. They do have a shuttle that can take up all the way to top but there’s still a lot of stairs to take to the actual room.
