This riverside town blends Victorian charm with a thriving food scene where you'll find America's best cheese shops and craft breweries. Stroll the historic city centre in the morning, then spend afternoons exploring nearby farms where you can pet baby goats and sample fresh-made ice cream.
Room was perfect very clean, staff were always friendly. Breakfast was plentiful to give you a good start to the day and having coffee in the lobby 24hrs is a great idea thank you for a lovely stay

Really friendly reception staff.
Clean, well decorated and appointed property. Small room but nice. Pretty good small gym.
Only slight issue was soundproofing, kept hearing doors slamming through the night.
About a 10 minute walk into Petaluma centre and safe surrounding area. Loved Petaluma, really nice area that we didn't know much about - loads of nice bars, restaurants, cafes etc.
Overall would definitely stay again.

My room had such a comfy bed and large bathroom with nice towels and amenities. Room had good outlets including USB’s near the bed. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Valet parking was so useful. And so centrally located. Would definitely book it again.

Ideally situated outside of San Francisco, plenty of amenities close by , there are many choices of restaurants in San Rafael , we used ferries and drove in to San Francisco, the parking is very expensive , this is why we chose the Marin lodge,

Our room had a mineral bath with truly excellent medium-sulphurous mineral water. Public mineral pools are very nice, with varied temperature. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Very good service. The wine tastings were a great bonus. Nice clean pool with fresh towels on the sun loungers.
Plastic cutlery at breakfast was the only negative.

Amazing experience! The room was big and clean. Lots of parking space available (for free). There is an amazing restaurant nearby (less than 10min walking). The view for the vineyards is phenomenal. Staff is incredible and super helpful. Breakfast could be better and with more option. However, Will definitely come back.
