"The property itself was nice overall. It’s definitely an older hotel, but it looks like it’s been remodeled fairly recently. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and nothing in the room was broken or worn out, which I always appreciate. The space felt comfortable and perfectly fine for a stay. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was pretty underwhelming. The clerk checking us in had almost no personality and the interaction felt very transactional. I was thanked for being a Silver Marriott member, but that was about the extent of the conversation. There was no information offered about the property, amenities, or even breakfast — which is something most hotels usually mention at check-in. The next morning we noticed there was breakfast available at the hotel, but by the time we realized it, it was already too late. That was a bit of a bummer since we had already gone out for breakfast and likely would have taken advantage of it if we had known the details ahead of time. Overall the hotel itself was good and the room met expectations, but the check-in experience lacked the hospitality and helpfulness you normally hope for when arriving at a hotel. Also no hot tub. That was a bummer. "

"$18 for parking in the mountains with plenty of empty spaces seem unreasonable. shower head rigged to save water, sprays low volume, low pressure. Gap in window screen that allowed bugs to get in. Really loud AC unit. "
