Hotel has a beautiful view over Cusco. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is helpful and very kind.

The hotel is beautuful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice with fresh juices and fruit. It was very quiet during the night. The location was great, 5-10 minutes walk to san pedro market, St Francis square and market and the main square. I couldn't fault this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Cusco

The setting is stunning and so peaceful. Tents are comfortable and the shuttle service into town is a great addition. Food here was also great, special shout out to Miguel WiFi was the only let down.

This was a family trip with my husband and our two teenage children. We chose Urubamba because the altitude was lower than Cusco and we wanted a quiet place to acclimate to minimise sickness. We were only in Peru for 10 days so we couldn't really risk 'sick days'. I'm so glad we made that decision because staying at Lizzy Wasi was a joy. Clean rooms, attentive and responsive staff members. Breakfast had a wide variety of selections. Bar experience was excellent. A personalized touch from the check in to check out. The hotel not only stores our luggage but also placed it back in our room on checking in again. Packed breakfast was given on the day of the hike. In particular we would like to thank Gustavo for his friendly & warm hospitality. Jose at the bar was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Inkasabios. The superb and comfortable rooms with stylish furnishings throughout the property, a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the city and mountains, a fabulous breakfast But even more significant to us was the wonderful friendliness and kindness of both management (John, Juan and their elder) and the staff ladies. We certainly know where we would be staying next time in Cusco.

The hotel was a little hard to find but when we did we were welcomed with a lovely smile from the receptionist. This is a delightful hotel run by local people and every staff member was very friendly and warm with the smiles. We used this hotel as a base while we explored Machu Picchu. The customer service provided in this hotel was second to none. We were collected from the airport and returned to the bus depost free of charge. They also provided a taxi service to the town centre and back for just over £1.00 each way. Before we arrived they were extremely helpful and arranged trips and taxis for us at more competitive rates that we could attain ourselves. Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!

The staff in the lobby and the restaurant and around the grounds are so lovely and warm and welcoming. Hotel is really something spectacular too. Not to be missed

The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....
