"This is a lovely upscale hotel in Perugia city center. Walkable to tons of shopping and restaurants. There was a medevil parade going on when we arrived so we were unable to drive up to the hotel. The walk to get there was long and incredibly steep so we were unable to get our luggage in until later ..."
