Excellent - a warm welcome, clean & tidy accommodation, well-stocked bedroom and en-suite, superb breakfast menu, delicious breakfast. Kingsley and Bella, the Newfoundlands, were the icing on the cake. Great value. I will stay here again next time I am working in the central belt. Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. It was a relatively quiet night I stayed at with maybe 33-50% occupancy, and I was given a nice upgrade. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high tier, mixed with antique/period pieces. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast.

Firstly, the hotel is very good and the staff are friendly. The biggest down side is the Spa, which doesn't quite live up to the 5 star experience. The Spa is clean, and its staff are friendly and knowledgable, however, the change rooms are tiny and the pool lacks atmosphere.

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The shower was user friendly but took a little while to run hot. The meals were superb. It would have been a little difficult for an elderly person to have walked into the town and back as the hotel was located up a fairly steep hill, otherwise there there were no drawbacks and it's relative isolation from the town meant it was in a very quiet location. All in all an excellent experience.

A one night visit to Perth was very well facilitated by the Sunbank House Hotel. Information sent to us in advance allowed us to plan our visit and thoroughly enjoy our stay. Our host, John was friendly and welcoming, with great local knowledge, and served up excellent cooked breakfasts. Inverardran was an excellent base for a short break in the west central Highlands, with good road connections to many areas of interest. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this guest house, and would be pleased to return.
