"Fantastic location. Panoramic river view rooms were rather small. Cramped bathroom and room feel for top dollar. Noise from quayside club rather loud even on 14th floor. Problems with kettle in thd room swiftly addressed. Breakfast was substantial and staff friendly. Fantastic infinity pool. "
"Very well presented hotel. Food options were great and staff are super friendly. Only downside is that the staff only advised us upon checkout that the $100 deposit will take 5 to 10 business days to refund, that seems very excessive for a one night stay. "
