"Excellent hotel - mom passed away and we needed a place to stay with our dog. Our stay kept extending. We did have to switch rooms once as we were in the accessible room and had to give it up from someone. They were very accommodating with giving us clean bath towels, new parking permits, rechecking us in as we kept having to extend our stay due to paperwork and the funeral. The laundry room was great, and we were able to go home with no dirty clothes. Felt incredibly safe. Parking is very close to your room. Excellent breakfast buffet. "

"I loved to stay at Soboba, our room was clean and inside the casino as well, even all the restrooms were clean too. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. This was the 2nd time stayed at Soboba hotel. We are definitely coming back again if we like to the casino, soboba is always our first choice. 👍👍❤️❤️"

"Unfortunately the room was dirty. Toothpick and hair all over the floor. I complained and was told the maid service would take care of it the next day. After returning for the day the floor was in the exact same condition as well the shower backed up. It’s not a good look when you take a shower and your feet are covered in backed up dirty water. Very surprising for The Mission Inn!"
