"Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation"

Desde o momento do check in com auxílio do Márcio que foi super atencioso e paciente com todas as explicações, com o serviço de quarto e limpeza, quanto no check out com o carinho do J.
