Beautiful view of City from rooftop pool area. Gym. Covered parking. Included breakfast was delicious. I appreciated that they had both kinds of outlets in the rooms, so I could use chargers from America that did not have adaptors.

Bedroom was old, floor was peeling off, missing tiles, bathroom was small and cheap, bugs crawling on the floors, and the worst of all, the smell of dead body in the room was unbearable. We checked in and checked out in less than an hour.

Not bad but not great

Check in was a little awkward because the rooms weren’t ready so I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Staff barely spoke anything other than Portuguese but I managed with my limited knowledge. The room itself was a weird shape, like a small triangle and very small. The AC wasn’t cooling at all but I was only there for one night so I wasn’t going to complain. The redeeming quality was the breakfast which was pretty awesome.

Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel em Juiz de Fora, nunca tinham me cobrado o estacionamento, inclsuive quando fiz a reserva isso não estava informado. Recebi um e-mail depois da reserva feita. Questionei o funcionário da recepção e ele informou que o Hotel passou a cobrar a partir desse ano. Acho estremamente ruim, uma vez que os outros hoteis da cidade não cobram.

Equipe simpática. Infra deixou a desejar. Dos três elevadores, apenas 1 funcionou durante toda estadia. Demora e fila pra subir e descer. Quarto razoável, roupa de cama ok. 객실 깨끗, 침대 푹신, 에어컨 성능 좋음. 방 컨디션 좋음. 하지만 끝방 쪽은 호텔 와이파이가 잘 연결이 안됨. 아침 가벼운 과일과 빵 Pão de Queijo 가 맛있어서 좋았어요. 리셉션 직원들은 항상 매우 친절했어요.

Tudo muito bom a única falha foi que na hora do café da manhã , o funcionário do hotel informou que a parte de tapiocas era só após as 7:00, sendo que o café abre às 6:00, achei injusto , visto que nos elevadores vcs a todo tempo colocam como carro chefe de vcs o preparo de tapiocas na hora , então poderiam fazer desde o início do café da manhã
