Hotel confortavel e bem localizado. Pena o estacionamento ser de dificil acesso(subida em curva fechada) e sem manobrista. Acabei optando por deixar na rua. A cama é confortavel, tudo muito limpo, mas o chuveiro nao esquenta. Para aumentar bem pouco a temperatura, precisei deixar ligado por muito tempo, gerando um grande desperdício de agua.

A estadia era para ser ótima, mas a garagem é horrível,estreita e muito inclinada , meu carro não subiu e eu precisei deixar na rua ,correndo risco de ser roubado e o hotel não me deu suporte nenhum, eu perguntei oq eles poderiam fazer pra me ajudar pois o carro era alugado ,e eles simplesmente me deixaram sem resposta... não volto mais

NÃO RECOMENDO

A rampa da entrada da garagem é de um projeto absurdamente errôneo. Se não for um exímio motorista, vai sair com o carro todo amassado nas laterais, os pneus gastos e a embreagem avariada. O café da manha foi outro problema: o horário é até às 9:30 horas, mas, cheguei às 9:05 horas, e já não tinha praticamente mais nada sobre as mesas. Solicitei a reposição a uma funcionária, a qual repôs apenas alguns itens, e contrariada. NÃO RECOMENDO.

Precisa melhorar

O Hotel possui boa estrutura, mas precisam melhorar o colchao e os travesseiros urgente. Colchao dura e travesseiro com capa plastica e barulhenta. E precisa de mais atencao ao estacionamento, pois estao deixando os hóspedes estacionarem de qualquer forma, atrapalhando a saida de outros.

Hotel funcional e confortável

O TRIP é um hotel básico, muito bem localizado, em excelentes condições de manutenção. O atendimento, desde a entrada até a saída, foi excelente. O café da manhã é surpreendentemente bom - "fora da curva". O apto é muito bem planejado e confortável. PROBLEMAS: 1. garagem - acesso muito perigoso 2. travesseiros extremamente desconfortáveis e ruins para o sono 3. o lençol é mal dimensionado em relação ao colchão e isto faz com que ele se solte do colchão durante o sono.
