"had a very pleasant stay, the staff were extremely helpfull and everything was spotlessly clean.very comfortable huge bed and great shower.rooms are funky and all lighting, media etc controlled with a tablet....Great experience 😀"

"Great stay and location for visiting Glasgow, particularly close to the main shopping areas which was great. Staff were super helpful and friendly allowing us to check in early and the free breakfast was great. We did find the rooms a little smaller than other Holiday Inns with the pull out sofa bed blocking the desk unit limiting space, but for a short stay it was fine."

"Really, really appreciated the staff. Went out of their way to help us several times. This alone made it our favourite place to stay. We cancelled booking elsewhere and came back. Available: Telephone charge rental, taxi service, baggage storage, different kinds of charging outlets. Breakfast was fantastic. Many choices to suit people with different tastes, appetites, and dietary needs. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room is climate controlled. Sheets nice. Pillows in great shape. Mattresses better than most in Scotland. Black out curtains made it dark. Water in the room, milk for coffee, decaf options and higher quality tea in room were a nice touch. Towels nice cotton. Shower options and water pressure great. Water was nice and clean. In room hand soap was organic (from Ireland) and not hard on sensitive skin."
