"Staff greeting was very pleasant, room was quiet and great location. Breakfast was very good with alot of selections. "

"Room was mediocre clean. The mattress was the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life! Check-in person was nice. "

"The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again."

"Rooms dates, no safe and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was decent however the bananas were green and not edible. The shuttle to the airport was on time but it smelled like smoke. "

"The elevator went out some time Friday evening. Still wasn’t fixed when we left Sunday. There was a quirk with the HVAC controls but we got it figured out. Bill @ the front desk was super nice & helpful."
