"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."

"Our stay at Pelangi Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere had such a great vibe, and what really stood out was the staff. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. "I would like to thank Mary for her outstanding service. She was the one who helped us when we arrived early in the morning. She didn't hesitate to find rooms for our early check-in, knowing that we had traveled a long way and were exhausted. Even though we checked in early, she made sure everything matched our reservation and even gave us rooms with a beautiful view. The hotel's location is excellent—it's close to everything, including coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions, all within walking distance. We also felt very safe walking around the area at night. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the exceptional customer service we received from Mary. She made our stay even more enjoyable."
