We recently stayed for 2 nights with family (4 adults in total) on a short trip to Ipoh from KL and can honestly say that the Bedrock exceeded all expectations. This is a new, luxury boutique hotel and the owners, Choeng and his wife, have created a beautiful and unique place with exceptional service. The guest's every need has been anticipated - extremely spacious bedroom and bathroom with luxury fittings, wonderfully comfortable bed, powerful shower, lots of power sockets for electronic...

.

Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!

Very comfortable hotel right in the thick of KL but calm and relaxed as soon as you walk into the lobby. Great staff - they changed my room without a question when I asked if I could have a different view

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. The only downside was the poor view out of the hotel window.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, accommodating staff. We had such a relaxing 6 nights here where nothing is too much trouble! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to come back soon!

We had a great stay in April. We used the beach villa which was very comfortable for our family of four.

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

Looks exactly like the pictures lovely quiet unspoilt location with great pool and friendly staff, although the staff on the tour desk and reception could have been a bit more knowledgeable on the activities and local markets etc and how to settle the account at the hotel

Lovely hotel so close and convenient for the airport. Has everything you need and friendly & accommodating staff. Highly recommend

Excellent features, lovely hotel, amazing staff, great value!

The rooms and the surrounding areas are tidy. Also, the staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area on 1.5kmts from the airport. Unfortunately this means that you have to travel to get to the beaches and nightlife. The buffet breakfast was good with many Asian choices and eggs fresh-cooked anyway you like. I recommend getting the Grab app as they were excellent for travelling around and very, very cheap. Everyone uses them, including the hotel if you ask them to call a cab! Cenang beach is the main hub for beach activities and Kuah for the best hotels (5-star...

Breakfast very nice and staff very friendly

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.
