"The hotel was mostly comfortable. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. There was some road noise from outside, and noise from other guests inside the corridor. This was not the hotel's fault obviously. Apart from that it was fine."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great."

"A very pleasant few days at The Pelangi. The resort is spacious with well kept grounds and fantastic pools. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, a special shout out for the kindness of Azri at the Cascade Pool. The rooms could perhaps do with a little update, and breakfast was a bit overcrowded at the Pelangi Grill on one of the days, but nothing that spoiled our lovely experience at Pelangi. "
