Lovely location with great views. Plenty of parking. Only thing to watch is the entrance is on a bend so do use the mirror across the road when exiting. Food was excellent. They went to a lot of trouble to cater for my wife's food allergies, which was much appreciated. Staff were all very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night and felt very lucky to be upgraded to a Premium Suite on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were welcoming from the beginning and really made our stay feel special. We had booked half board as part of a deal through Expedia and had dinner in the restaurant. We stayed 6 nights at the Moro Inn and had a lovely time. The front of house staff were friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived and right throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were also friendly and did a brilliant job at keeping the place clean. Beautiful, very modern and spotlessly clean. Great variety of breakfast.. rooftop pool area is fabulous, wonderful sunset view. The location is perfect, away from the busy old town but conveniently placed for the local bus and walking trails.

This hotel is part of the Importanne Beach Resort and therefore you could use the facilities of the other hotels in the group. Although no actual beach there were towels and sun beds provided on a concrete area next to the sea. Our room was very good with a view over the sea, cleaned every day. The location is away from the chaos of the Old City, and yet convenient enough for public transport (busses and Uber easily available). From the airport, you can take the airport bus shuttle (only €10 per person) and ask the driver to stop in front of Tommy supermarket. from there, it's a very short distance walk to the hotel. Staff was professional and attentive. Room and amenities are top-notch. Breakfast was sufficient and varied. We loved it!

The staff were welcoming and friendly. They had read our request asking for a quiet room and duly provided one. The room itself was a good size with a small balcony, tea & coffee making facilities which was a nice bonus, and a hook in the bathroom to hang up your dressing gown etc while you shower (many a hotel don't have one). I had a lovely stay, although short. Senada was so friendly and welcoming! It was like being a guest in someone's home. I found the room too light and had to wear an eye mask, but I loved the fact that slippers were provided.

Very pleased with Hotel Neptune - nice clean room overlooking sea. We were on the 2nd floor with a lovely view. Quite location - staff very helpful, plenty of choice for breakfast, and a good choice for evening meals. There is a bus service just across the road in to the old town, which runs every 4 or 5 minutes, the fare is very cheap. Would highly recommend this hotel.
