One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. We stayed two night in this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us a very personal experience, took us out trekking. I would recommend this to anyone that want's a great experience with excellent food and very nice venue. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

Location is very central. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help. My dad had dietary requirements and the chef Tom made him his own meal.

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

It was really a nice hotel very close to the city center, periyar wildlife sanctuary and lake..... and the staff was very helpful for the information which i needed they really helped me with that..... lot of places to visit there. So plan accordingly..... 2 nights is just not enough..... Places to visit, Parunthum para, ramakalmedu, idukki dam etc etc....

Stayed here 3 nights. It's a small family run establishment. Good location close to the entrance to the reserve and 15 mins walk from the reserve ticket office and pick-up point for the reserve trips. Spacious, room with balcony overlooking fields where mongooses and monkeys were playing, and the forest.
