My only real complaint was the fact that at 4 AM one morning my lights came on 100%. The key card wasn’t even in the slot. The receptionist didn’t seem to really care that that had happened and didn’t follow up with me at all to ensure that she had checked into it. It was super weird and a little unnerving

The breakfast staff dealing with food and tables were not particularly friendly, efficient or helpful. This does not include the lady welcoming us at the breakfast room door who was friendly.

We stayed in the suites, which were huge. I think there’s only one on each floor. It was a lot of volume to cool, but the Air conditioning was able to work really well in one of our two rooms and it worked OK in the other.
