"This resort and its staff are the best anyone could ask for. Our deluxe room with its walkout entrance was perfect. The resort was beautiful and the staff looked after our every need. The pool staff served free snacks throughout the day around the pool and were really pleasant to deal with. The only negatives were that the meal prices charged by the hotel in the hotel restaurants were too high. They were 2 to 3 times what nice restaurants in the local Soho Mall charged for a similar meal. You can easily walk to the Soho Mall which is close to the hotel. The only other issue which was outside the hotel's control was that it was too cold to swim in the ocean using the hotel's beach. We went in late March 2026 and the water was still too cold to swim in for too long. Except for the meal prices, this hotel was 10 out of 10. "

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Xperience Sea Breeze resort. The rooms and communal areas, pools etc. were very clean - the staff worked hard to maintain this. The food was excellent and the waiting / bar staff were attentive and friendly. I wouldn't say the overall quality of the resort warranted five stars, but the prices are a fair reflection of what you get."

"We stayed five nights at this resort. The grounds are very nice and well maintained, and the beach and outdoor areas are attractive. Unfortunately the rest of the experience did not live up to the five-star standard advertised. The rooms appear to be finished with fairly low-quality materials – our first room had cracked tiles, scuffed furniture, and poorly finished bathroom surfaces. Parts of the resort are extremely loud and we had to move rooms after the first night due to excessive music volumes played late at night. Be wary of buffet food that appears to have been sitting out for some time, as this caused illness during our stay. Though Sandeep in the Indian restaurant cooked nice fresh, well made food. Later in the trip we also had no running water in our room for most of a day due to a broken pipe and had to move rooms again late in the evening. Service overall was inconsistent and often sub-par, especially at reception. That said, Islam at the front desk was excellent and very helpful when dealing with our room change. There were also some excellent staff in the restaurants/beach. Overall, while the grounds are beautiful, the room quality, maintenance and service fell well short of what we would expect from a luxury five-star resort. Hotel gave us some token gestures and asked us to sign a form to say we wouldn’t leave a negative review. "

"I stopped here for two nights and do not recommend this hotel. The room was dated and filth. TV did not work. Since leaving the hotel a am covered in a rash, caused by bed bugs. This is now causing much itching and distress to myself. I could not eat the food, it was inedible. To be fair the staff were pleasant enough though. Can I suggest they learn how to fumigate bedding and mattress though. Expedia, can I suggest you remove this disgusting hotel from your site. If you are promoting properties like this you’ll ruin your business. I do have photos , both of the room and my subsequent rash to evidence what I say."
