A few issues. 1) They had to be nudged to send me the check-in instruction. 2) The windows have no views as they are placed right in front of the neighbors’ walls. 3) The AC in the den was not working. "Lose a few points for late check in - can’t get in there until 4pm, which was a pain for me. It’s easy to find - once you know how. The hotel reception is up a side road and then they send you off to one of the buildings they own. The room was decent size and well equipped "
