Unbeatable location within minutes of Krakow's main train station and local sites, great facilities including an infrared sauna, and the most efficient and professional team of staff who went above and beyond from my initial call (before booking) to check a few things. "We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Wyndham, perfectly located on the main street just two minutes from the main square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków’s Old Town. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. We were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco in reception, which was a lovely touch—especially as it was International Women’s Day. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of the stay. Our room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again."
