We arrived to a very warm welcome from the family who owned the lodge. Our bags were taken to our cabin while we had lunch (all meals were included) and then we were shown to the cabin from where we had fantastic views of the Pacific. The lodge is situated in a beautiful jungle estate with walking trails which enabled us to see some amazing wildlife but it is only a five minute walk from the beach and there is excellent surfing nearby. Fabulous stay - luxurious, delicious fresh cooked meals, wonderful setting and wildlife, particularly birds and butterflies. Staff all very welcoming, knowledgeable tour guides. Real focus on eco tourism and sustainability.

This is one of the most special places I have ever visited. The location was just beautiful and going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the Pacific (and monkeys playing in the trees outside the cabin!) was amazing. The food was fantastic and extremely plentiful - you definitely won't go hungry here! Incredible views from the open deck restaurant with a panorama of the Golfo Dulce, great food, pelicans flying by. Staff very helpful and let us check in early

This hotel is professionally operated by a lovely family who care about standards and service. This ethos radiates throughout the Staff and the Property.
