"My family room was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The other guests were very friendly and as a solo traveler I felt totally safe. "

"Walkway from room to restaurant is very steep, uneven and without bars or rails. It a little dangerous for seniors. The food however is absolutely amazing. Franklin is great, helpful and friendly. Need to have coffee in the room. Need to have cups to drink water or coffee. Need grab bars in shower."
