Condo sales, renting rooms. Between Soi 14-15
This is a condo/hotel rental. The front staff were adequate. Bathroom drain was clogged and I ended up trying to clean it out myself. Room was bleak to basic. The great advantage was the view. They were busy trying to sell off the units more so than being a hotel....15 blocks from where I wanted to be so I ended up renting a scooter to get around.

hotel suitable if you speak Russian
Hotel showed up in Pattaya on the map but was actually in Jomtien which is pretty far away. Everybody is Russian in this area.

Do Not Stay Here!
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. First of all, the location of this hotel is misstated. The address it gives states that it is located in Central Pattaya right near major sightseeing locations such as the Ripley's Believe It or Not but it is really located about 45 minutes away in the middle of nowhere in South Pattaya. It is located really far from everything and it takes at least a 20 minute ride on a baht bus to get to anywhere. When we tried to get this sorted out at the hotel, none of the staff could speak any English at all and had a terrible attitude. Basically, the staff was of no help at all. Our whole stay here in Pattaya was ruined because we ended up at an entirely different place from where we wanted to be and we felt frustrated that we couldn't even sort out the matter. In addition, the wifi here is terrible. It barely worked and always took at least 20 minutes to log in and it was terribly slow. Also, I kept getting logged out and had to sign in again every half an hour. I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Helt greit hotell men ganske stort (30 etasjer). Bra renhold og stort pluss for kiosk i hotellet. Wi-Fi var særdeles dårlig men ellers intet å utsette på hotellet. Kort vei til stranda.

水中マッサージ シャワーヘッドを備えた独立した浴槽とシャワー 、あったんですがお湯の出の悪いシャワーのみ。 フロントに言ったがシャワーしかないと言われた。ホントに湯の出が悪くどこがマッサージシャワーヘッド？？という感じ。まあ、オーシャンビューの景色はよく。概ね問題のないホテルでした。
