It was terribly disappointing. The bed was absolutely awful. There were flies in the room, small little flies, smaller than housefly. It certainly did not tell us that it was a predominantly German establishment, and the people were not terribly friendly at all towards us. When we raised our issue about the room and the lack of comfort and noise until late into the night, the staff were not even apologetic about it, like they had been down this road many times before. They simply said thank you for the key. I ended up paying for three days, and only stayed for one, we checked into another hotel for the remainder of our few days in Pattaya. I certainly would never recommend this to anyone I know. They really need to get an exterminator in there.

Very well maintained hotel. Nice and quiet in the hotel complex away from the busy areas near by. Rooms well maintained and comfortable to stay in. Large selection of food for breakfast and service was excellent.

Great hotel
The pool is awesome, staff are helpful and polite. Bed is very good . Room is spacious with good amenities. I think towels should change with new one . Some towels are worn out. The location is great at north pattaya

Good for long stay
Good for long staying, pool is very clean and valuable. But food must be studied and improved a little.Shopping terminal 21 is near in 5 minutes.

A great hotel with a big,pool and close to term 21
This was my second stay here in a few years and I have to say they are great in looking after their guest, with a daily changing buffet and a great breakfast buffet and do not forget their large (and I mean large) pool, we will stay there again when required accommodation in Pattaya

Chose the hotel for down time during a 2 week business trip, the website gave a good impression and the price was right. 5 star hotels in Pattaya can be expensive. I was disappointed initially as the WiFi was down on check in, it was late and i was tired. All there is in the area is a massive mall but at least I could get online. The staff were able to diffuse my mood somehow. The next day the WiFi was back and the place delivered, I loved the lay out and the green areas. The entertainment was cheesy but entertaining. Bit old fashioned but that’s not a bad thing for a short break from work

Well kept hotel
Nice garden feel and large pool, immaculately kept. Location on the North of town, easy to drive to but slightly on the edge of town. Saying that The Beach is only a short walk away. A shpping centre and some restaurants nearby. Soon, when it opens, Terminal 21 will be right opposite. You can see the mnager keeps the standards up.

Hotel with a lovely pool
Although described as a family resort the hotel does not have much to offer for children other than a large swimming pool. The staff are efficient but smiles were not easily found. The receptionist were rather glum faced even at check in and the customary smiles expected at a holiday resort were missing. The food was excellent if you like Continental European food. The German Buffet dinner was superb and breakfast satisfactory though repetitive. Overall the hotel is great for retired folks from Europe. Not so great if you are with family / friends and kids and wanna have activities besides the pool. The dinner buffet finishes at 9.30 and the resort is pretty much retired after 9 PM.

Great Location
We stayed as a family group at the Thai Garden Resort 13 – 26 May 2016. On arrival, which was at 10:30am. We were very aware that this was too early to check in which is 2PM. We were made welcome with a cold drink and our room was made available within 40 minutes. This hotel is mainly used by German tourists, which was fine, as they all speak very good English. The main attraction is the pool. This is surrounded in fabulously maintained gardens. Around the pool sides are various Jacuzzi areas, which are very relaxing. The dining area is first class with a breakfast that is served until 11am. The breakfast has a huge variety of food and drink. My only small observation with the meals was during the Thai buffet evening, which was cooked great except you totally ran out of 2 main courses and had to wait 10 minutes for them to be cooked and supplied. This however may have been a one off occasion. The location of the hotel is far enough away not to be too close to the night noise and close enough to hop on to the many toot - toot type taxis. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. On the whole this hotel is well run it has 4 stars over the lobby area and is worth every one. I feel possibly one of the best hotels in Pattaya.

We had a week at 'Thai Garden' The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes as does the themed dinner buffets. The hotel is well laid out and has plenty of sun beds both in and out of the shade. The hotel and grounds are immaculate, the uniforms/tableclths/napkins etc are pristine. Even the serving trays used to collect dirty dishes are covered in the same cream material as the uniforms. The hotel has it's own vehicles and we used them as well as local tuk tuk's to get from the hotel to various venues. We used the tuk tuk's and ferry to go to Koh Larn a nearby island and used a tuk tuk to 'monkey beach' This is a very safe beach and has sun beds with umrella's (cost 100bht for the whole day) there are also restaurants if you want to eat. We are already looking forward to our holiday next year.
