Disappointing service

Having nobody on or near site is discomforting. Not knowing if they will answer the phone this time or not. No Internet for 2 days while next door did sharing the same modem?? No room cleaning service for the 4 days we were there. We were made to feel to blame for the problems we were encountering.

Проживала в улучшенных апартаментах с 12 по 20 декабря.настойчиво не советую этот отель для семей с маленькими детьми- сон до 2-3-х ночи не возможен из-за музыки и шума. Зачем-то взяли при заезде 400 бат. "Мы вас ждали, мы сделали уборку номера, вы нам должны 400 бат"- заявила девушка, которая меня заселила в очень шумный номер 32 прямо над ночным баром.И благополучно обо мне забыли на все 9 дней- я сама выносила мусор, покупала воду (обещали 2 бутылки в день!), даже стирала полотенца, протирала пол и т.д. 400 бат заплатила , видимо, за честь убирать номер вместо горничной. Справедливости ради скажу, что номер достаточно уютный, хорошая мебель, хорошая ванная комната, есть сейф, прекрасный кондиционер. Но очень не хватает хотя бы одного стула. И, конечно, более ответственного отношения к своим гостям.

These rooms have no reception or any form of representative on site when i arrived the keys were not in the designated place . Rooms are large and well equipped but are not the cleanest also you must take into consideration you are living above and next too a collection of beer bars gentlemans clubs and pool hall /sports bar so it is extremely noisy from 21.30.up to 02.30 am on a good night not for the faint hearted !!

I stayed a studio room, there was a no fridge in the room. They advertise there is a fridge. I spoke to someone on the phone, sounds like hotel manager, she said she would check and get back to me, but never did. False advertising. And also they charge 400bt for cleaning fee for staying is well over priced.

Great location and great value for the money. Very accommodating staff. Right by the beach and lots of street food & shopping around. You can catch a shuttle truck to the walking street, the bus station, or anywhere along the beach for 10 BAHT ($.31).

This is not a hotel is an old West Saloon

This is not a hotel , is a room on the top of a bar and is not a regular bar if you know what I’m talking about. This place Is not for families , very noisy place .To get to your room you have to pass trough the bar and a a lot of pool tables and buch of drunk people And the owner sent some people early in the morning knocking at my door asking for more money .

Majoitus huono, palvelu huono. / Pool Hause, ok.

En pääsyt liikumaan vapaasti enkä huoneeseeni noi vuorokauteen rikkoneisen ovilukon takia. (Puhelin palvelu ainoastaa joka ei läheskään aina toimi kuten puhelimite on sovittu, kovasti lupaavat mutta mitään ei tapahdu, noo joskus voi olla puhelimessa ihminen joka toimittaa asian eteenpäinkin mutta se on harvinaista tässä majoituksessa. Se on tuurista kiini kuka vastaa asiakaspalvelupuhelimeen.) Palvelua ei ole jos on niin se on yleensa huonoa. Ravintola Pool House on ihan eri juttu ja ok. Mutta majoiyus ei toimi siivous ei toiminut 400 TGHB maksoin heti kirjaudutuani majoitukseen koska siivooja odotti kunnes sai rahat, ei sen jälkern paljon siivoojaa näkynyt. Mutta sillä sai 12 päivän viiveellä kuitenkin liinavaateet kerran vaihdettiin siis 12 päivän kuluttua, sekä puhtaat pyyhkeet kun mainitsin siitä erikseen. Pullovesi jo unohtuikin sitten siivoojalta. Kus saavuin oli 2 pientä vesipulloa jääkaapissa, se oli varmaan se 2 viikon annos ilmeisestikin. Ei ole hurraamista majoituksenkanssa... Huoneet eivät todellakaan ole 28 neliöisiä. Yksihuone on mutta sekin on 4 hengelle. (Katsoin 5 eri huonetta missä ihmisiä oli majoitumassa.) Muut huoneet ovat selvästi pienempiä, eikä niissä ole parvekkaita vaikka myynti kuvissa niin annetaan hyvinkin ymmärtää. Arvioni hinta/laatu max 400 THB olisi yöpymishinta näistä pienistä pavekkeetomista huoneista. Jotai hyvääkin rakennuksesta. Alakerrassa hyvä biljardisali ja baari ok. Biljardi/baari auki pitkälle aamuyöhön...

Nice place near to jomtein beach

Good stay but there will be no service. U need to check in, key will in a box. Then no service people will be available. if you want anything, u should go and get it. Overall safe and secure..

Palvelu heikko ja erittäin hidas ja tietämätön hen

Ei kovin hyvä, mutta monen valituksen jälkeen epäkohtia vähän yritettiin korjata. Kesti noin kaksiviikoa kuin asiat vähän rupesi toimimaan. Mutta kun olin vain viisitoista päivää niin Sanin Melkei yhdenpäivä nauttia huoneesta jossa asiat toimi bälyävästi. Eli 14 päivää asioitten hoitoon menee tällä ,ajoitusliikeellä. Ja asiakas joutuu huolehtimaan että näin myös tapahtuu. Eli täytyy itse toimia työnjohtajana että asiat tulee hoidettua mitä olette sopineen puhelimessa. (Hotelli puhelin keskus.) Johon joudut käyttämään päivittäin loma-aikaa huolehtiessa valvoessa että asiat tulee hoidettua vaikka, olisi tosiasiassa jonkinlaisella lomalla.

Worst experience in Jomtien Beach

Worst experience ever during my travelling around the world last 35 years. Day before check-in hotel had no idea about my reservation and payment in advance when calling them and asking the details how to check-in the hotel. Hotels.com informs that the hotel has no reception. Next day when finally they find my reservation they asked me to make a call to get a key into my room. My reservation was made and paid to Superior Suite for 9 nights. Upon arrival very angry "girls" working in the pool bar downstairs told me that there's no room or suite like that. When entering the room it had very old mold smell, no balcony, about 8 sqm and view from the window straight to the rubbish center of this block. After thinking what to do next -because no help or advice from the "staff"- I decided to look another hotel nearby and succeeded to find it,the manager remembered me because staying there several times before, her advice was to get out that rat hole as soon as possible. It's so called pay-by-hour hotel. Nothing is in secure there. When walking back to this "lovely Jomtien Beach Pool House" I asked help from the "manager" to carry out my luggage from the 3rd floor where my "suite" was located. He asked me to find help by myself. I'm 100% disabled from my right hand and having heart problems so it took 2 times to walk to the 3rd floor and back to carry my luggage downstairs and get rid of this hell. Ever never think to book this rat hole. Hotels.com should remove this immediately !!!
