The only thing we wasn't happy about that out room wasn't wasn't ready when we arrived after a 17 hour flight. We arrived 15.00 had to wait for room to be cleaned. Staff were fantastic on day of leaving they allowed us to keep our room on and extra two hours. We were really happy with everything the hotel had to offer. We are that impressed with everything we are hoping to stay again in November we could not fault anything. Keep up the good work Hard Rock you really rocked it!!!!

I've lived in Thailand off an on for 6 years. This was the best staff I have ever seen. Really attentive and high quality service. Rooms are a bit dated. Menu is a bit too small also. And the band outside was pretty awful. But the staff so so good I can ignore it all. Great job Hard Rock staff!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The property has only one restaurant, which is fine as there are plenty of eating options around. The breakfast buffet is ok. The property has minimal maintenance. Unclean and dated. Because it is an American Hotel chain we had more expectation. Quite disappointing.

I haven't stayed in the Hard Rock hotel in many years. The people working there are always kind and helpful. I have never had a bad problem at this hotel.

Loved the resort. Great service from staff, very nice decor, the evening lounge was unavailable. The pool area is excellent. I was really excited about the Jacuzzi in the pool area until I realized they don’t heat it?? I’ve been to a lot of resorts but the cold intended jacuzzi is a first. The food was excellent but a lounge inside with bar food would have. been nice. Overall I loved my stay but the cold Jacuzzi was disappointing g.

The hotel staff is excellent, I love the hard rock however, I’ve been coming to Pattaya for years and staying here. The hotel rooms definitely need updating everything from lighting TVs faucet. Unfortunately, they had an opportunity during Covid to bring the property up but did not.

Stayed for a few days while detouring from Bangkok, Had a pleasant stay that was complimented by friendly service(especially the bartenders & front desk) Room was well kept but slightly dated. Was worried about the food based on other reviewers opinions it found the food to be not only palatable but tasty 🙂 Could use a bit of an update to the rooms but overall a good choice for a trip to Pattaya.
