I've been staying at the Dunasty Inn since 2005. Clean, quiet if you get a room away from the street, wonderful staff, and very convenient.Ten to fifteen minute walk to just about Walking Street and Soi Bukhoa.

Parking available (not something too common in Pattaya!). Nice quiet hotel within walking distance of entertainment, shopping, or whatever you would like to do. Clean, spacious rooms and great staff!

First time in Pattaya.
Loved the place. Only issue was hot water only last for a few minutes. And didn't really work in the second bathroom. But other than that the place was great. People nice too. Laundry at desk was convenient and it smells good too. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Pattaya.

You get what you pay for.
For most of the week, one of the 2 elevators was out of service. I lost complete power to my room one day. They fixed it in a few hours, but they did not fix the outlet for cellphone charging. I reminded them three times before they finally fixed it.

Have visited Pattaya many times and always stayed here. No complaints whatsoever and suits my needs. Only downside is that the office staff do not have internet access and were unable to print a boarding pass for me. Minor matter.

Better than expected stay. We had pivoted away from this property over the years due to a desire for an improved room, and noise from nearby bars. Due to the NYE holiday rooms were scarce but we were able to book into the Dynasty Inn for an executive room. Since Covid they merged two smaller rooms into an executive suite and it is an excellent room w/2 bathrooms!!! We had a great stay and I'm happy to say I would return for that executive room experience in the future.

An older hotel but still a gem 💎, soi 13 is near everything, Anywhere is walking distance from the hotel, plus its on s super quiet street. For an older budget hotel, can't go wrong with The Dynasty Inn , clean rooms , hot water proper bed and sheets... Best bang for the buck in Pattaya. The only downside with the hotel is no pool on the property... Would definitely stay again...

Everything was great. It's a good value for the price. Entire property was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were awesome. I've been using Dynasty properties since the late eighties and never been disappointed.
