Black mold in shower, slow drain in shower. Requested king bed, got two twins push together. Charged for extra pillows. Towel rack fell off the wall in bathroom. TV remote didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. Picture on wall crooked. Tolet ran all the time.
Rooms were good, staff were excellent and good location.

Room was dirty had to keep asking for toilet paper..breakfast was a waste of time very little options. bed was extremely hard.shower had hair in plug blood on door trims .pool was lovely...dont bother with pool bar .

It was very poor, things were broken in my room. The reason why I moved the first day into a three day stay is because there were bugs everywhere in the bathroom on the bed they were tiny. I’m grateful they weren’t bedbugs, but still I don’t know what they were, but they were everywhere.
City view claim is misleading,laneway view is more accurate,won't let me upload a pic🤔,room was constantly warm even with the aircon always at 24,floors in room not cleaned but bed was comfortable,buffet was decent and parking was convenient at front
terrible experience, very shady property. Service is worst than all other hotels we stayed in thailand. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night. They even denied to refund the second night. AC does not work in room. No transportation system. Overall the worst hotel services I have ever experienced.
Was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it. Much better around here for the same price. Beds very hard too and 90% of the staff are male which is not good when they come to clean and open the door when your wife’s still in bed

Terrible, rude receptionist
The receptionist was terrible. She tried to admonish me because I presented a driver's license instead of a passport as identification. The fact that I had prepaid my stay and she had no authority to refund my payment is the only reason she eventually accepted my identification.

Shopping centre was next door for meals as the meals at Baron Beach were awful.
Breakfast was buffet and not heated properly making me sick. Rooms were attended each door but attention to cleaning was poor. Sheets were not changed. dirty glasses not cleaned or changed.

The hotel staff at the breakfast floor...Mod & Gaid...were so unfriendly to the Indians and Pakistanis...but when it comes to white tourists...these two behaved very subserviently to the whites...I just don't get it...I mean, we all paid the same rate.
I would never book this hotel again. It showed as a huge discount - but that is misleading as you would never pay the original price. The problems were:
- the shower holder was incorrectly fitted and spayed water across the shower, so I had to hold it in one hand to shower
- the shower flooded the bathroom
- I booked a double but got 2 twin beds pushed together, complete with gap to fall into
- the TV reception was so bad it was unwatchable
- the smoke alarm was taped over.....so a safety issue

The hotel breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. The cleanliness of the room was not good. I had to request new sheets and pillow cases. The wifi was not good at all. It kept disconnecting. Please set it up to where it does not get disconnected.
This hotel is not good. Charged a visitor fee of 500 thb. Staff is not friendly
