Paikat oli siihennähden kunnossa mitä yleensä on Thaimaassa. Mutta pieniä epäkohtia silti löytyi jotka olisi voinit koejata lähes ilman senkummempia kustannuksia. Paikka muuten hyvä jopa erittäi hyvä. Pienillä muutoksilla ja skarpaamalla etyä kaikki on kunnossa.

세탁기와 식기류까지 모두 포함된 콘도입니다. 분리형 원룸이라 생각하시면 되요. 10박이상으로 장기로 머물기에 가성비 좋구요. 주위하실점은.. 단 하루를 머물러도 체크인시 1회 청소비 800밧을 부담하셔야 합니다. 조용한 좀티엔해변근처에 있지만 이동하려면 오토바이렌트 필수구요. 단지내 수영장이 매우커서 가족이 머물기 좋습니다.

We stayed here for 1 week and in that time the electrical power was off 4 times. We were on the top floor (8th) and had to walk up and down the stairs. When we arrived at Building C there was no person there to check us in. There was no information in the apartment for contacts in case of emergencies. We were so glad to leave, never to return.

great value

I loved the room and the condo. I didn't use the pool , but it looked ok. My room was very quiet and a nice peaceful outlook onto some trees. The air con was good and nice and quiet. There was a washing machine and kettle. Wifi was good. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. Absolute bargain for the price I paid .

สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่มากเว่อ เสียตรงที่จอดน้อยเกิ่น

สระว่ายใหญ่ยังกะสวนน้ำ แต่คนลงเล่นเยอะทำสกปรกจนน้ำขุ่น ถ้าอยุ่ชั้นสูงๆขึ้นจากสระตัวเปียกๆต้องเดินขึ้นบันได ขาสั่นค่ะ ที่จอดรถน้อยเกิ่นมาดึกๆวนไปเถอะค่ะ สุดท้ายไม่มีที่จอดต้องจอดริมถนน แต่โดยรวมชอบมากค่ะ ไว้จะมาอีก

Great pool - update room fittings.

Nice helpful welcome. Quick response to a problem. Nice room layout but taps n slide door handles, need upgrading + bed sofa as this should not be bottom budget room facilities? Great pool.

I guess I shouldn`t complain to much because it was cheap. The pool area was without sun because of high buildings. No sun beads or at least very few. A lot of regulations that made it impossible to spend quality time in the pool area. As I wrote before, you get what you pay for! BR Stefan

Wonderful place to spent three week, we love it ,

Its nice for three of us, no hot water, one call. All done the same evening, big swim pool. Friendly staff.only shame is the sofa bed , wasn.t very comfy, the mattress wasn.t supportive, so one side is hard . Bottom side is soft, otherwise , its perfect ,

H O R R I B L E

Værste hotell / leilighet opplevelsen EVER! Skjulte kostnader på alt. De hadde 4 x A4 sider med ting de tar betalt for. Absolutt alt du forventer fra et hotell eller ferie leilighet må du betale ekstra for. Som for eksempel hvis en lyspære på toaletten var ødelagt før du fikk rommet, måtte du betale 50 eller 100 Baht. Bestilte og betalte gjennom Hotels.com 2 måneder før oppholdet. Kvitteringen / ordrebekreftelsen står det at alt er betalt og hva som er inkludert i prisen. Men da vi skulle sjekke inn, oppsto det problemer. Vi var 2 familie på 7 voksne og 2 barn, og booket 3 rom totalt. De slapp oss ikke inn ved ankomst fordi de mente at vi ikke har betalt daglig rengjøring for oppholdet. Vi viste dem kvitteringen eller ordrebekreftelsen der det sto at daglig rengjøring er inkludert. Hele seansen brukte vi 1 time og 30 minutter på. Jeg og min samboer diskuterte med dem frem og tilbake, og det hele var bare amatørmessig og kaotisk. Måtte også ringe til Hotels.com der hele samtalen varte i 23 minutter ( 20 av dem var elendig heis musikk ) Enda mere unødvendige utgifter. Under hele oppholdet på 5 netter var det aldri daglig rengjøring. Alle 3 rommene hadde ingen varmt vann,og var forskjellige og halvparten av fasilitene på rommene var ødelagte. Det å spørre om ekstra håndkle på resepsjonen var heller ikke mulig. Det ene rommet stinket tiss fra vasken på kjøkkenet. Veldig ubehagelig å være der. Heldigvis var det et dør til soverommet. Og vi var aldri "hjemme" mer enn vi trengte.

เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก เด็กจะชอบมาก เพราะมีสวนน้ำขนาดย่อม อุปกรณ์ภายในห้องพักก็สะดวกพร้อม แถมยังมีเซเว่นอยู่หน้าคอนโดด้วย

The only great thing about this condo is waterpark

Bad draining system, it flooded the whole shower room. Also hot water is not working either. Throughout the day there is always echo noises from hallway, just by people walking or chatting.

Ok for the price

Bra service fra utleier Bassengområdet er stort og det er aldri fullt 5 min gange til strand og lett å få taxi. 7/11 på bygget. En bra restaurant 600 meter fra condo. Men viser manglende vedlikehold selvom det er ganske nytt. Noen fliser manglet i bassenget og noen av jacuziene var i ustand hele oppholdet. Gir dette stedet + for stort og deilig basseng og for stort dobbeltrom. Noe vannskade på bad og løse servant etc. . Ok pris. Må krysse en traffikert vei for å komme til stranden. Håper de legger mer i vedlikehold om dette skal holde seg.
