I made this reservation kind of fast and didn’t realize it had a 6.0 rating. On my way there from my flight I was really scared with everything I was reading about dirty sheets, not getting the keys etc. We called the number on the confirmation email but everything happened smoothly and someone showed up with the room key not long after we arrived at the location. Everything in the apartment worked fine and looked clean. The location was great with the night market and beach close by and a bus route as well to get around. The pool is just as pretty as it looks in the pictures. I would’ve given this review about a 9 but when I was leaving I saw that in the lobby there was a poster put by administration stating that the location was not a hotel, it is a condominium complex and that renting out apartments for short term stays was not allowed (only for like month rentals). I’m surprised hotels.com would continue using this location after all the bad reviews and considering that the location doesn’t even allow for it to be used as a hotel. I was only there for two nights but PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. There could have been serious consequences to me and my family for staying there.

Comment un tel établissement s'est trouvé classé parmi les 4 étoiles suggérés par Ebookers ??? C'est sale, vetuste, la clim coule à grande eau sur la télévision et le meuble dessous, les meubles de la cuisine sont dégoûtants, des petites bêtes courent sur le plan de travail, les WC ne sont pas blancs. Les robinets sont repoussants de crasse (photos à l'appui). Personne sur place pour réparer et l'agence contactée nous raccroche au nez. Une fois sur place, vous êtes piégés : vous avez payé un standing que vous n'aurez pas mais personne ne vous aidera. Fuyez cet établissement !!!

A quiet and comfortable place.

Wonderfully quiet place. Yet within walking distance of beach, restaurants and body treatment establishments. I like the privacy the Condominium affords. The room was comfortable. Air-conditioning and water eater dependable.

It was a good place for beach view and night market, But I wasn’t not happy the fact that I have asked to pay 500 bat for cleaning room, this price has to be included with the daily rate!! Had I knew this before, I wouldn’t choose Acqua at all.

The room was really well maintained and very clean. Location is really good and night life is just round the corner. Amazing view over the ocean from the roof top pool.

Not much pricacy

Not much I can say about the place as I did not end up spending a night there. Had an argument about the fridge in the apartment. I reported the fridge was not working. It was on for about two hours and showed no sign of getting the slightest bit cold. Ask the agent to come. Two hours later (not a bad response) he arrived. He tried to tell me that the fridge was working and that the items I had in the fried were cold. I told him they were a lot colder when I first put them in. We couldn't agree and I felt I was being conned. Anyway he said he would refund the reservation money. So at 6:00PM I had to find another place to stay I packed and found somewhere and the guy asked where it was in case it was one of his. I had to hold back from letting him have it. Anyway from what I could see about the place it was well equipment with amenities and rooms to socialize. It did appear than no matter which room you ended up getting that the layout of the place afforded little privacy. If you didn't draw the curtains - everyone was inside your room. Thanks to Expedia I did get the refund.

väldigt små rum och är man 2 blir det till att respektera företrädesregeln. Annars var det fint rum och allting fungerade till belåtenhet. Lite krångel med incheckning eftersom det är en agency som håller i det, inte personalen på condot.

worse experience ever

I paid for a hotel I wasn't even able to access. They give you a number that doesn't exist, whatsapp,and line to communicate. original email with description to pick up a KEY at separate hotel far walking distance. I arrived and no name left or KEY at hotel. went to condo and talked to security who didn't speak English. Finally got a hold of someone on line and it took 1 hour to respond after they told me to go to lobby after waiting 2 hours I realized I was scam out of money and booked another hotel. I report it to hotel.com because after telling I would go to police and wanted refund I got 1 response saying go to police and never got amy response to a KEY, terrible experience that I hope no other person gets scammed on, I'm highly surprised if hotel.com leaves this place of businesses on there site. beware it's very sketch and you won't ever see your room or get a refund, luckily for me hotel.com gave me a spending coupon.

Грязный номер, хотя сам отель новый.

Очень грязный номер попался нам, вся плита была в жиру, диван в пятнах, ванна и туалет в пятнах, оббитая мебель. Сейф не прикручен и его легко можно вынести, деньги в нем оставлять не рискнули, так как читали что в этом кондо был из кражи. Сам кондоминиум новый с хорошими бассейном и маленьким, но достаточно хорошим тренажёрным залом. находится около ночного рынка где можно вкусно и очень дёшево покушать, до пляжа 5 минут ходьбы. В целом все было удобно, впечатление испортило только состояние номера.

Decent place but......

I stayed in the studio unit facing pool for about 12 days. Check in is kind of a pain as you get the key at the Duo Residences which is a good 3-4 block walk away from the condo. If you have bags you may want to take them to Acqua first and find a place to leave them then walk to Duo to check in and get the key otherwise you'll be dragging your bags for a good walk. After a 2nd trip back to Duo I was able to get the key as it wasn't there the first time. The condo was nice enough but the shower leaves something to be desired. I'm not sure if its the same in the entire building or just this unit but water pressure is terrible at best. It has a rainfall shower head but sadly, its more like a rain drop. For a new buidling I thought the water pressure was lousy! You also have to be very deliberate when turning the water to hot (all the way) as if you don't the heater (located under the bathroom sink) won't turn on. It took me a while to figure this out. My first shower I noticed the water wasn't draining and I looked down and there was a big hairball that needed to be removed so once I did that it drained ok. The bed in this unit wasn't as hard as a rock, it was harder than a rock. I slept terrible on it and eventually ended up moving to the sofa as it was more comfortable even though it wasn't long enough. This does not have daily maid service so if you are expecting that you may want to look elsewhere. The living space (kitchen/living in the condo was fine.

Not ideal if you are enjoying for a vacation.

This is a condominium with no service. Not your typical vacation get away. Nobody comes to make your bed, you need to beg for new towels and toilet paper, and need to buy your own water. Check in took 30 min because you have to walk to another building to get the keys. The pool is quite nice and it's very close to the night market and local restaurants.

盗難に注意

2泊で予約していましたが、事情により1泊のみでした。 チェックインして、セーフティボックスを確認すると固定されていません。持ち運びが可能な状態です。セーフティボックスに入れても意味をなさないので、日本で使う携帯とパスポートをベッドサイドテーブルに置いたまま外出すると、ものの見事に無くなっていました。コンド入口はカードキーが無いとは入れないし、駐車場入り口には警備員がいたので安心したのですが、ここは日本じゃないと再認識しました。 翌日、コンドのオフィスに出向いて部屋の中で紛失したことを告げて、届いていないか確認したところ、届けられていないとの事。警察に届け出ることを伝え、現場検証に協力してもらえるよう依頼し、友人に迎えに来てもらった後、警察署まで向かっている途中でタイの携帯の方へコンドオフィスから電話があり、日本の携帯とパスポートが見つかったとの事。何処から出てきたのかハッキリさせたかったのですが、現地人ともめても勝ち目はないのでそのまま受け取って帰ってきました。 ちなみにタイ人マネージャーは良い人だったのですが、欧米人経営者と受付のトムボーイの接客態度は最悪でした。(駐車場入り口の警備員もフランクで愛想は良かったです。)せっかくの休日でしたが、かなり気分が悪くなったので、もう2度と利用したくありません。
