Make sure you lease with the hotel staff when you offer an extended check out... They didn't know of this offer, however they did grant it. The staff were lovely... The hotel is smack bang in the middle of Patong's action/nightlife... so if this isn't where you want to be, stay somewhere else.. Otherwise the room was great, buffet breakfast was very good.

Firstly, I would like to thank you to Giselle (Expedia support) for the time she took to assist us from Patong V Hotel till we shifted to Elegancy Hotel. She was very very very helpful! Overall stay was very convenient, nice and clean. Except in the room, the pillow was kinda hard. For 4 nights i slept without using the pillows. The rest was awesome!

Great location as very close to Bangla Road. Hard bed. Very basic. Overprices but I guess because of the peak season. I would not book again at this hotel.

Disgusting
From urine found throughout the bathroom and seminal fluid in the bed on arrival and a desk clerk that didn't care, this place is not worth it. It's not only dirty and not worth the price it's posted at. There are many hotels and hostels in the local area that could accommodate to your needs instead.

Overall my stay was good here. The front staffs were very helpful and friendly, especially a staff name tai. They even graciously allow me to check in earlier and check out later. Rooms are clean, and the place is very near to jungceylon and other restaurants. I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Thanks

Staff forced us to write good review be4 check-in
We stayed in this hotel (more like a hostel) for 1 night with 4 double rooms. We arrived the hotel at 12pm and the rooms were ready at that time, but the staff said that unless we leave a positive comment on either one of the travel websites, otherwise we would need to wait til 3pm (normal check-in time) even the rooms were ready. And the staff also proofread-ed what we typed and made sure the review was submitted before she passed us the room keys. It was VERY VERY rude and dishonest to abuse the online review system. And I believe this is the only reason why they got a high score in Expedia/Agoda/TripAdvisor! The rooms we got are smaller than expected but we are find with that. And I am not sure why the rooms had a very strong perfume smell, literally very very strong that I have to open the door and window to get rid of it. The rooms are quite dirty in general and there were ants in the toilet and on the ground (not sure abt the bed tho), and when my friend woke up in the morning she said there said lots of ants in the toilet and it was unbearable. The towels were unclean and have some dirty marks (washable) on them. We stored our luggage at lobby after check-out, there is not proper storage room/area, we just left the luggage unattended at the dining area, nothing was stolen but just the whole thing doesn't seem alright. Overall I will not come back to this hotel again and definitely won't recommend this one to my friends. It was a terrible experience.

We are sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory. That might be some mislead message. We have no doubt, it could happen as normal. if guest bring food & snacks, to eat and spread around in the room as shown in the bin & the sink in rest room. I realized those ants are clever enough to understand why they are in the room. BTW, thanks for sharing opinion. But the rest room photo was fake, you may taken while you stay in the hostel which was not location of our hotel. We confidence our hospitality and security service. Beside kept eye by our CCTV system and also by our staff. Your luggage been safe and free of charge until you guy leave from the hotel at the late in the evening. Did you ever get this service from somewhere? in your country? you can share with us.

Very close to Bangla Road and the beach, could hear street noises during the night. Breakfast was ok, selection of some hot and cold dishes and fruits. The room was the right size, clean, with a small balcony, however the bed was very firm.

Great experience great staff. WiFi not working in my side of the hotel and couldn't resolve the issue. Shower needed more attention to cleaning (mould starting to build up)

WORST experience
I would say it is the WORST experience and stay I ever had, staffs were already rude but being verbally ABUSE is not acceptable! I arrived and saw a sign saying no hotwater supply, since I hv to take shower n go out to work later. I requested a room with hotwater, staff asked me to go up and check my room by myself. I did. And then came down with my luggage again. i was provided a room with hotwater but I was asked if I made the previous room wet... I am like I am doing their job. I was given room 310 and was told to repack everything and change to room 412 on the next day. On the next day, I was told that reception will call me at 12pm then I can more to new room. I changed my personal schedule and waited till 12pm. No one called me, I went down with my luggage at 1pm, I was told that my room is no longer 412, it's a better room 504, but I have to wait untill it is cleaned. I pushed back because I really need a room instead of waiting at the lobby, staff went up and checked n gave me 504 finally. I went up, that was not a better room, the working chair is worse than the first room I had, the room is smelly, lights is dark and one lights is broken, desk with ants! I called and requested a chair with back as I have to sit at the desk and work on computer, 30mins later, I was sent the same chair. Staff was impolite, threaten me by saying "madam are you crazy! you are abnormal!" when I called down and said why I am having the same chair?! no space to tell the rest here

Good location but don't expect your deposit back.
Even with the extremely tight living quarters and excruciatingly slow internet, i was ok with staying there as the night staff was very nice. When I was checking out, the 3 people in front of me had issues with the guy at the reception and everyone was yelling. My turn, I was told that because there were stains on one sheet that I had to forfeit my deposit which was 1000 bhat. The guy said "your sheets were not the way we gave them to you." The hotel is a good value for the money and other than that swindling guy at the reception, it was a decent stay.

My stay in Phuket
I would have liked to give a rating of 5 for all categories, however due to misinformation in their website and the Expedia itinerary l have only give a 4 in overall rating. When booking a taxi from Airport to Kathu as listed in itinerary,l found out that the actual location was different then that was listed in the itinerary, the actual location of hotel is Patong Beach a distance of 9 kms from Kathu. So, whilst the location and hotel conditions are excellent, be careful when booking taxi from airport to hotel, call hotel and check the exact location to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding with transportation service.

Nice, clean hotel in the middle of everything
Great little hotel, very central to everything. This can make it noisy at night, but I had earplugs so it was fine. Loved the pool. Staff were very friendly. Hotel feels safe as you have to walk past reception to get on elevators. Beds were a little firm, but place is clean and and tidy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.

Staff were always nice and friendly, and gladly answered any questions we had during our stay. Hotel is right next to bangla road and a shopping mall, making it easy to access a variety of food, shopping and nightlife within one minute.

Fantastic
What a great place to stay in Patong. Location,location, location a simple short walk to just about anywhere. Hotel manager Chai, does a greater to keep everyone happy. From hiring a scooter to organising laundry this place is great. Staff keep everything sparkling clean and happy. This was my second stay at the hotel and wouldn't go anywhere else

Right in the middle of everything but not great
Unfortunately this hotel was horrible. The staff was rude and not attentive. The hotel itself it’s in a location were you have easy access to everything however, the hotel is not great. It echos horribly, we were on the fifth floor and we could hear the people at the reception answering phones, arguing with customers or we could hear the people at the pool on the 8th floor. You can hear a needle drop. So if you want to be able to sleep, forget about it. The rooms are extremely small, the beds are ok. There was some stains around the walls that made me question the cleanliness of the room, specially since the hotel is steps away from the red light district...While were were there, one of the electricity transformers blew up while we were in the lobby, so no electricity for the rest of the day... it sucked because that’s meant absolutely no ac and itbjust happened to be one of the hottest days of the week. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty decent. They had bacon!!! And the rest of the options were good. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not a great hotel.

Updated, clean, and great location. Not much of a view from our room but didn't really matter anyway; enjoyed the view from rooftop pool. Wifi worked well. Good laundry service. Definitely a bargain and would stay again. Only complaint would be bed is hard as a rock!

Location Location Location
This hotel knows how to keep customers happy. Nothing ever seems to be a problem. Pretty much anywhere you might want to go is in easy walking distance. The hotel itself is modern with a great rooftop pool, rooms are comfy and the breakfast recommended.

Elegance without spending too much :)
I had a smooth 3 day vacation in Phuket and one reason is a good place to stay. It's very clean, and staffs are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend them to my traveller friends.

The hotel looks new and tidy. Staff r not as welcoming but it isn't an issue for me. Bed cause us itch for first night and after changing sheets, it's fine. Value for money for assess to the night entertainment

Fantastic Hotel & Wonderful Staff!
We traveled for 45 days from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Phi Phi Island, Kata Noi then Patong Beach where we stayed here at the Elegancy Sansabai Hotel which was by far the best hotel of our entire trip. The whole hotel from top to bottom from in to out was immaculate. Clean, organized, super friendly professional staff, great rooms, amazing location in the center of town and just two blocks from the beach. I would be aware that when booking: INSIDE STANDARD ROOM means a room that has a smoked glass window that doesn't open. Fine for a day or two but I would suggest the Deluxe Room for longer stays because they have mountain or city views and rooms are bigger. No rooms have frontal ocean view but can be seen from the very nice rooftop pool from where to enjoy great sunsets while you swim. Some reviews claimed that there is lots of noise from the main street below but I asked for a room on the top (8th floor) got room on the 7th floor and could barely hear anything. The hotel asked if I wanted to move to a BACK SIDE room (not to be confused with INSIDE ROOMS as mentioned above) where it is quieter - I stayed in my room as I liked seeing all the action below, partial ocean view and the green jungle mountain in the distance. If you are sensitive to noise request one of the BACK SIDE ROOMS which are really quiet and these rooms also have city or mountain views. The higher the room better the view! This hotel was only steps away all the shopping, restaurants and the beach! It's a great place to stay. 7-11 right across the street. Beds a bit hard but pretty standard for Thailand. Clean rooms. Hot showers. Mini fridge and kettle supplied. The room top pool was great.

Decent hotel with five star service
Very convenient location near JungCeylon Shopping Centre (2 min walk) but got a bit noisy at night due to being near the bars of Bangla Road. Bed was rock hard so it would be difficult for Westerners. However, price was fantastic and service was great. Especially, Chai at the front desk; he was lovely enough to change our room to a quieter room due to our room being a bit noisy. He didn't hesitate at all and was extremely professional about the whole thing which made us feel very comfortable. Overall, 5 star service (even other staff were extremely friendly) at a very affordable price. For the price, it was excellent. Staff should get more appreciation from the owner they were clearly short staffed and I felt sorry for them.... poor things...

Perfectly placed hotel
Everything was good from the time of check in till check out. Location of the hotel is in the middle of the entertainment zone. Shopping mall is just 3 mins walk away, Bangla street is also 3 mins walk away while the beach is just 5-8 mins walk away.

Good location. Ok hotel
Location good for being close to the centre of the action (i. e. Bangla) and just ten minutes walk to the beach. My room (405) was clean, apart from one small roach in the bathroom, and fairly compact. Comfortable double bed and a couple bottles of water each day. I didn't make it to breakfast so can't comment on that. Decent swimming pool area on the roof. Found the staff friendly and approachable. My room was in the centre of the hotel so no outlook whatsoever and the one window next to the atrium was frosted. The positive being that there was no street noise. The big negative for me was how noisy it was from within the hotel and the fact that some days they were also playing music fairly loud throughout the hotel.
