What I liked: Location Wide variety of hotel food selections with reasonable pricing. Spa services were very professional, expensive but they had promotions on. Beds were comfortable. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was average. What I didn’t like: We had one of the standard rooms, it’s very basic and old. The place could do with a modern renovation. The room also had a very unpleasant smell. The property is located on a steep hill and surprisingly was very tiring to walk all the way up to your room, esp in plus 30 degreee weather. Coffee was bad. And on our last day they advised coffee was no longer free and we had to pay. Spiders in the room.

Hotel in patong
Basic hotel about 20mins walk to patong beach. A basic hotel amenity like an iron in the room was not available and could not get one from the front desk. It is also on a busy street so lots of noise from cars.

在巴東沙灘，不算近，步行約10分鐘才到。對面有兩家便利店，晚上肚餓可吃，分別是Family Mart及7-11。建築是泰式獨立渡假屋風格。酒店先要上一個很短的特斜斜坡，老人家不適合住。一樓是Reception，二樓是泳池及餐廳，三樓是渡假屋。早餐並不是自助早餐，而是套餐。分為六類早餐，包括亞洲式、美式、歐式、素食、兒童、清真，我推薦蛋炒飯 Fried Rice with Egg，不推薦粥 Boiled Rice，飲品包了兩杯，第1杯凍飲是橙汁或菠蘿汁，第2杯熱飲是咖啡或茶。蛋炒飯吃了能飽，午餐可以免吃，省了一餐。早餐時間是早上7點至10點半，我覺得有些晚，如果有跳島遊，早上7點就要出發吃不到早餐。

Amazing hotel
I loved the hotel, the staff, the location, the food. Firstly, we got there at 9.30am and they cleaned the room super fast so we could go straight in to sleep! We were in by 10.30am. The staff were very helpful and called to check in when there was a small issue with the towels. The location was great - it was on the top of a hill which was a small hike, but it was far enough away for there to not be too much noise, and close enough for a nice stroll to get to the popular places. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the lady who worked there got to know us and our orders. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. We did not use the spa or the gym so cannot comment on those.

Overall a pleasant stay
Hotel is a little bit off of the main tourist area, which is nice but also makes for a longer walk. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating, save for a few conversations that I will chalk up to the language barrier. The pool did not seem to be chlorinated, but rather cleaned with vinegar? our swim clothes smelt strongly of vinegar after the first dip; we didn't go back in. This could also just be a cultural difference so I mention that with neutrality. Overall a pleasant stay at a very good value.

Very close to the beach and the market.
Beach is within walking distance, as is the markets. The food at the hotel was delicious! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind. Only downside was the shower, that spilled water all over the place.

Well spent money
Very good service, reasonable prices. Breakfast is served between 7:30-10:00, but you need to come early in order to get the nicest meals cause they don't refill all of them. Probably the best hotel in the area. Though the beach is a bit far away(20 mins walk).

Pros: 1. Pool with spa 2. Rooms with large sliding doors 3. Staff is helpful 4. Less noisy compared to other Patong Beach hotels Cons: 1. No laundry on-site and very few amenities expected from a "resort" 2. Drive up to hotel entrance is steep. Parking is tight. 3. Elevator stunk the entire time we were there 4. Staff was helpful but didn't communicate well in English making it hard to correspond with them 5. Hotel requires guests to either deposit 2000 bahts or retains passport until check-out 6. Checkout process was not quick and we ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes until the staff had checked the entire room 7. Few restaurant options 8. Away from Patong Beach restaurants, beach and other attractions

Very natural and greener.
The hotel structer was very classic and had great natural view. I liked to stay here. The room service, staff and their cooperation were nice. The swimming pool and it's surround view was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to chef.

800 metres walk to the Beach - awesome pool area.
This was my first overseas holiday solo and the two girls who work in the breakfast buffet pool bar had the best customer service skills and always went above and beyond to ensure all guests were happy.

The staff were absolutely amazing, going beyond their normal duties to make us feel at home. Me and my partner spent 8 nights there and our stay was an unforgettable one. For what we paid for we definitely got our money money's worth an more. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach, so a little hidden sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Would also recommend the buffet breakfast, the staff were continuous in offering us food. If I ever stayed in patong again, would book this resort.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a couple.The room was spacious we stayed on level 1. Few steep steps, so you better be fit:-), but the lift will take half of it off.Nice pool, toys for kids available.requested extra pillows service was prompt. Very disappointed on no gym included. You can pay an d visit the gym next door, appears a bit false advertising as it was important for us when.booked to have the facility included.the hotel should change the advertising and include extra fee so you can make a decision when booking.Breakfast was ok,as it wasn't busy not much food available. The staff is lacking English, we found you had to get your own menu and walk up to them before getting served. Just little things to make the place perfect.food was delicious,no gimmicks, great portion size, very reasonable price!!!! Room was good, internet ok.shower is a little short for tall people like us.room service good, very clean rooms.when requested airport shuttle for 3.30 am service for 800 Baht was provided.very good, great value for money.very close to night market, washing machines and Familymart across the road. Little walk to the beach everything is close enough but not very central location.Overall good place to stay especially with kids.

Good option for its price
Being a single guy in Phuket for 9 days I wanted something close to the Bangla strip & close enough to walk to the beach but quiet enough to escape it all when I didn't want to party all night. C&N was just that and easy on the picket too. The staff are very friendly and helpful which made the stay very pleasant. The pool always seemed clean as did the grounds. Breakfast did the trick - nothing exciting but good enough to get your day started. The lady at the tour desk was very helpful for exclusions, bike rental and suggestions. Prices were also favourable, I had no reason to shop around. There were families with young children staying at the hotel who seemed very happy too. All in all I'd say for the price it is a great option and having seen a few of the other options whilst roaming Phuket at a similar price is say look no further.

On the plus side: The hotel is everything one would expect from a 3* hotel and more: all room have lovely terraces overviewing the very nice pool/ lovely garden. At first I booked 1 night but after enjoying my first day, I extended my stay by another 3 nights. I stayed in 2 different rooms, both having one queen size bed and one single bed. The room was in great condition, very clean. Bathroom had free toiletries and even a comb (better then some 4* hotels :)). Bed sheets and towels were very white=clean, which is important to me. 2 beach towels are provided by resort every day. The beach is 10-15 minutes slow walk from the hotel. Breakfast is ok, with the usual eggs, cereals, milk, yogurt, cold cuts, fruits, coffee, as well as some traditional thai dishes. Staff in the reception is very helpful and fluent in English. Even though I arrived at 9 am, I was immediatly checked in. Things to improve: wi-fi connection (it was dropping every 10 minutes or was very poor; at one point I couldn't connect at all for some hours); pillows are too tall and hard; delivery process of food during breakfast and dinner (you needed to wait/ask for the trays to be refilled)-> maybe more personel in the kitchen would help.

Excellent accommodation!
Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted at reception by the staff. I had booked the Superior room and was quickly shown to my room after signing in and thanks to the bellboy who carried my luggage as it was a bit of a distance to the top. After a couple of hours I realised that the air conditioner wasn't working all too well and I went to reception to see if anything could be done to fix it. By the time I walked back to my room two maintenance staff were waiting at my door and within no time all was working in order. The staff were very friendly and they always had a smile and it was a pleasure to briefly chat with them even tho there English wasn't fluent but they made an effort. The breakfast menu was great and the staff went out of their way to accommodate. I had dinner at the restaurant a number of times and the food was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. After a few nights I found that neighbouring guests had no consideration for others by being loud when returning from their nights out. I asked to be moved to another block and staff were more than happy to oblige. My experience here was excellent. I have travelled to many places and stayed in various types of accommodation and so far this has been my best experience. The room was spacious, it was huge and the cost to stay here was not that much more than other places offering rooms less than half the size. The pool facility was great and had everything at your disposal.

This is the third time I have stayed here and I have no complaints. It's is great value for money, clean and the staff are friendly. The food is not anything to rave about but breakfast is good. It is located away from Bangla Rd which I like but still within easy access. A short walk to Patong Beach and some small bars are within close proximity. Market closes to resort is good for food & cheap cocktail but market opposite JungCeylong is cheaper.

Pleasent stay.
We stayed there for 4 days. As it was off season we have got a good deal from Expedia for 1500 with breakfast which was so amazing. They have a nice swimming pool m spa. Which r worth trying! Over all a pleasant stay for us.

Dishonest hotel staff, our worst stay
We returned to a made up room. A large bag of clothes was missing. We asked hotel staff, they didn’t know what happened and were reluctant to deal with us. We asked them to investigate, staff said their “boss” would check security cameras. Nothing happened for 4 days, despite our frequent enquiries. We suspect a housekeeper threw the bag out and was afraid to own up, doing so would embarrass the hotel, so they kept us in the dark. We didn’t ask housekeeping to make up our room after that. The night before check out, we spoke to the staff again. Hotel told us to return in the morning, which was checkout day. Staff told us “boss” would come in at a time AFTER we checked out. We felt lied to, their blatant dishonesty was so patronising. The lack of accountability was unbelievable. We’re sure they were just biding time until we left. We got a police report. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on their handling of this incident. My bag was much lighter and they did nothing.

Room was pretty unclean on arrival, however if you tip cleaning staff that changes pretty quickly. My girlfriend found plastic conduit in her soup, reported to reception, but no apology from management or offer to give money back. Trainee reception lady was very helpful more so than her boss who wasn't really interested, she promote trainee to manager.

Ottima posizione un po’ lontano dal mare però noi abbiamo preferito prendere un tuk tuk per spostarci nelle altre spiagge accanto... la zona ristorante e piscina è molto bella anche se la scelta del buffet alla colazione era abbastanza scarsa. La stanza è molto bella , con una vista stupenda sulla città, solamente il bagno era un po’ malmesso ( water che non scaricava L acqua, infatti era sempre una cosa un po’ disgustosa, e dalla doccia fuoriusciva tutta L acqua ) la spa invece è eccezzionale! Con pochi soldi ti fanno dei massaggi ben fatti in dei ambienti molto ma molto curati!
