"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. We actually went there to look for a potential wedding venue, the people we were supposed...
"Super nice place. Very welcoming host and nice neighbourhood. The pool is nice for a dip on a hot day. The villas are so nice, airconed and comfortable, equipped with smart TV. We were in Villa 2, so a bit more privacy.
Highly recommended.

Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. "I don’t know where to begin with my standing ovation. My husband and I stayed for only two nights at Como Uma but our experience stood out as the best hotel we can remember staying in. The breakfast was superb, fresh, generous, and fueled us for the whole day. Our server, Adi, was beyond kind. I stubbed my toe pretty badly, and a man named Emu was at my table in under a minute to first aid my wound. I had a facial at the spa and Indah gave me the most tailored experience complete with scalp, arm and face massage. It was heaven and the products were of the best quality. The entire reception and housekeeping staff tended to our every need. Wulan was caring during check in and made sure when we extended our stay that we wouldn’t have to change rooms. She went above and beyond for me.
Every detail was counted for. The bath salts, robes, slippers, glass bottled water, gorgeous gym, sunset beach location and the pools were all dreamy! Bottom line, stay here and book one night longer than you’ll think you want. Trust me. "

"Arrived and wish I hadn’t. The place is run down, the staff have no training in how to clean. Lost electricity a few times, due to fault with pool, so had no pool half of my stay. The staff are accommodating, but do not understand English. I was on count down due to no refund policy. Would I stay here again . A big fat “ NO”. I had expectations and they were squashed on arrival. And yes been to Bali many times. The good bits. Breakfast was delivered on time, staff were good to try and accommodate best they could, the surrounding area is ok, Luna is just down the road, (recommend taking a visit) a few cafes , the road a bit bumping, transportation easy bookable using Grab App. The trip to Canggu with the traffic - takes around 40 to 45 minutes. Airport is an hour away at least.. If you’re looking for a quiet place the area isn’t too bad. "
