"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

They seem very strict about the check-in time too whereas other hotels have some flexibility if the room is ready. The room on the top floor had great views. "

The room was a bit too warm even though the "air conditioning" had been set at the lowest temperature and the highest fan level. The bed and pillows weren't that comfortable so we didn't sleep very well."
