"The hotel is colonial experience and and staff is friendly and excellent. Yet the owner is neglecting repairs to the property. I only had cold water for my showers. My friebd hot massive mosquito bites in his room. I would not recommend a stay to others."

"En mal estado, descuidada, sin atención, sin limpieza en cuarto, la primera vez hace 3 años era todo lo contrario, ahora está muy deteriorado y no hay atención al huesped. "
"El hotel no esta tan mal pero en la foto de las habitaciones mostraban un jacuzzi y cuando llegue dicen queno se incluia y si queria jacuzzis coataba mas del doble ñ.

"We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem."
