The people who work here do know what it is to give service. It still exist. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are good and the hotel itself can use an update but I'm not complaining.

Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed hygenic. The hotel is within an easy walk to many of the sites of old town Queretaro. Dining options were abundant. Off street, covered parking with quite a few stalls was available and easy to maneuver in.
