"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient and made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable experience."

"Has its good and bad. Was decent price, especially where it’s located. Felt like a safe area with the “No Loitering “ signs, but a homeless guy caught me on way out the door anyway. Very large room, but the bathroom was about as small as one I’ve ever seen. Could literally wash your hand in sink while sitting on toilet. Bed was comfortable. The carpet was wrinkled up bad. Breakfast was pretty good."

"I had injured my leg the day before we arrived. But when we arrived they put me in a wheel chair and they carried all our luggage up for me and my husband. They helped me find a rental scooter. The restaurant staff even asked to carry my plate to our table because I couldn’t hold the plate and try to hold on to chairs to get back to our table. Our room was so clean and we were so comfortable. Great staff. Perfect down town location."

"I really enjoyed everything about our stay here. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of space. It was plenty big for 2 adults, a teenager, and two 9 year olds. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The location, though, was perfect. A short walk to everything we wanted to see (in the City Pass) & the FIFA fan fest was literally across the street in Centennial Park. It a was very, very cool experience."
