"Room wasn’t ready when I arrived to check in at 4:30, was never notified when it was available. Finally returned around 8 after not hearing anything and was able to get into reserved room.
Also sent a message days before arrival about a fridge/freezer for medication and never got an answer. "
"Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. "
"The hotel is located in a remote area, and while it looks decent from the outside, the service was disappointing. No one was at the front desk when I arrived, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Also, no complimentary bottled water is provided in the room—you have to buy it. A small bottle at the hotel convenience store costs $5. To top it off, the sliding door in the bathroom was loose and not in good condition. Overall, a very mediocre experience. I won’t be coming back."
"Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. "
"My stay was good. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, though a bit old, worn, and dingy. It was convenient to have a cafe and restaurant/bar on site that served satisfactory food. The treadmills were out of order, which put a damper on my routine, but luckily the weather was nice enough to run along the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, though harried by the number of guests staying that weekend. I would stay here again. "
