"Place was a dump. Now having said that ot was a reasonable value and a place to lay my head. A/C worked fine but no hot water in the shower. By Mexican standards it was fine for a night but if you are expecting a proper squeaky clean fancy hotel room I would move on. The young lady at reception was great and a pleasure to deal with. She made a real effort to be pleasant, I'm sorry I forgot her name."

"This is the best hotel in Veracruz that is directly on the beach. Great staff, great location. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants and the best shopping malls in the city. We stayed two years in a row and will be returning next year. Highly recommend!"
