"Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna. Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt. Rooms were nice though lacked storage space for a stay of more than a day or two. It would also help if they have contacts of more than one tour operator. The one suggested wasn’t very responsive or well...

"Ótimo apartamento. Excelente localização. Os pontos negativos foram a ausência de ventilador na sala e o horário de checkout (10h). Com o horário de check in sendo 14h, acredito que o checkout poderia ser pelo menos 11h. A questão da fechadura eletrônica com cartão também é um pouco complicada. Quando o hóspede sai do apto, deve levar o cartão, cortando a energia do imóvel. Sendo assim, a geladeira não mantém a temperatura das bebidas / comidas."

"La habitacion estaba limpia, y la gente que atiende en el restaurante es extremadamente genial y cortes pero la gente de recepcion no lo es. Estuvimos sin wifi el primer dia, no pudimos avisarle a nuestras familias que llegamos, pedimos que lo resuelvan y nos mintieron diciendo que el tecnico llegaba el primer dia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos para pedir que por favor resueltan la situacion pero el supervisor fue extremadamente grosero y nos dijo que le estabamos quitando su tiempo. A la tarde ya pedimos de nuevo ayuda y si bien el chico de recepcion nos di otro cuarto( aparentemente solo el nuestro no tenia wifi) cuando pedi compensacion me salieron con que ese cambio de habitacion era suficiente. Por favor que los entrenen porque no saben tratar con respeto a sus huespedes. Ellos arruinan el viaje asi que si te quedas aca, no esperes nada de hospitalidad por parte de ellos."

"Older structure needs renovation. in front of the beach which is nice, street parking with a bit high concrete sidewalk in front makes it difficult to open car door, good water pressure, aircon worked well, reasonable breakfast, good service. Booked for a room for 2 with a queen and 2 single beds and was charged extra for a 3rd person, but all in all a simple but very large pousada"
