"O local é bom, atende as necessidades.

" I had a great stay at Forno Guesthouse. The room was clean and modern. The view from my pool view room was spectacular. I have stayed at several places in Buzios over the past two years. So far, for me, Forno is the best location, and I plan to stay there again because of the scenery, its proximity to the beach and City Center, and the property manager, Filipe, who understands how important customer satisfaction is. As a New Yorker, customer satisfaction is very important to me. Filipe, thank...

"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate.
The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...

"The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay...

"The room didnt had the inner part of the window, only the shades and curtains. The karaoke bar nearby made it hard to sleep. The bed felt like two mattresses joint. The breakfast was average. We decided to switch to another hotel after the first night, even though the management offered us to switch rooms. But we didnt feel like it."
