"After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience with the lady was very different. We arrived quite late, and she was downstairs arguing and shouting very loudly.
