After a major misunderstanding with our booking, the gentleman managed to resolve the issue with us. He was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and he kindly served us a really good breakfast, which we greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, our experience with the lady was very different. We arrived quite late, and she was downstairs arguing and shouting very loudly. The situation was uncomfortable and quite upsetting, especially as I was travelling with three small children who became a little frightened by the shouting. It was certainly not a pleasant experience.
Despite this, I would like to emphasise that the gentleman was extremely kind and helpful and did his best to resolve the booking issue, which we really appreciated.
